A & J Social Services, LLC. DBA: Special Services Community Center (SSCC) Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program

SSCC was founded in May 1995 with three offices in Reedley, Coalinga and Clovis. The Coalinga office migrated to Kerman in 1997. In 2007 SSCC opened an office in Selma. Our offices today include Clovis, Kerman, Reedley, and Selma. We now have a staff of 32 employees. Our well-trained staff are always ready & available to handle any situation with consideration & care to best serve the community.

Currently our four sites serve approximately 1,300 participants. We serve our participants in multiple capacities including a Wet Reckless program, three different First Offender programs which include a 3 Month, 6 Month, 9 Month and an 18-month Multiple Offender, along with our PC-1000 Drug Diversion program.

We are a fee for service organization; we are not subsidized by the County or the State of California. SSCC is governed under Title 9 of the State Government Code of Regulations. We are serviced by both State & County who provide services of semiannual & annual audits. SSCC on its own provides internal Quality Assurance regarding Title 9 Regulations and injury & illness reports & evacuation in case of an emergency.
