Special Services Community Center (SSCC) Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program

SSCC is a state-licensed Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program that was founded in May 1995 with only one office in Clovis, CA. Since then we have grown adding offices in Kerman, Selma, and Reedley.  Our well trained staff of over 25 employees work together to provide exceptional DUI program services at all of our locations. 

Currently, our four sites serve approximately 1,400 participants. We serve our participants in multiple capacities including four different First Offender Driving Under the Influence (DUI) programs, an 18 month Multiple Offender Driving Under the Influence (DUI) program and a  PC-1000 Drug Diversion program.

We are a fee for service organization; we are not subsidized by the County or the State of California. SSCC is governed under the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 9.  We are serviced by both the State and County who provide semi-annual & annual audits. SSCC on its own provides internal quality assurance regarding CCR Title 9.
